Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

All sales are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the payment of the account number and all charges that result from these payments. We shall not be responsible for any payment for an incorrect mobile number. In case an accidental transaction has been executed on an erroneous account number, you are requested to mail team@xynocast.com and intimate us on the phone numbers mentioned on Contact Us page. Please include in the Mail the following details the account username or number, plan name, payment value, transaction date and order number. We shall investigate and if the transaction is indeed made to an erroneous account number then we shall initiate a refund process towards same payment medium and will reflect in your account in 21 working days. Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.

Cancellations:

Prepaid customers can simply not renew their service.
