This GPT (Xynocast Project Manager AI) connects to a private CouchDB database to manage project tasks and team data for Xynocast Fibernet Pvt. Ltd.

1. Data Access
This GPT only reads and writes project-related information — including task metadata, people profiles, and project progress — from CouchDB databases (pm_todo, pm_ongoing, pm_done, people, and pm_meta).
No external third-party services are contacted except OpenAI’s API infrastructure and the configured CouchDB endpoint.

2. Data Storage
All data is stored exclusively in Xynocast’s CouchDB instance hosted on company-controlled infrastructure (couchdb1.xynocast.com).
The GPT itself does not permanently store or retain any user data within OpenAI systems beyond the current chat session.

3. Authentication and Security
The GPT accesses CouchDB using secure HTTPS and Basic Authentication credentials belonging to a limited-scope technical account (agent_gpt).
Credentials are never shared with users or stored in the GPT’s responses.

4. Data Use
The GPT’s purpose is solely to assist in project management and workflow automation for internal Xynocast operations.
It does not collect, track, or transmit personal data for analytics, marketing, or resale.

5. User Control
